Equipped with an automated control system, the robot offers simple operation and can complete programming and arc welding in as little as 30 seconds. It autonomously executes tasks according to pre-set welding paths and parameters. By using manual drag-and-teach programming to define welding positions, the robot quickly records these locations and automatically plans the corresponding welding trajectories. This solution reduces welders’ physical workload, accelerates production speed, enhances work quality, and lowers labor costs and associated risks.
