Collaborative Welding Robot Cell
Equipped with an automated control system, the robot offers simple operation and can complete programming and arc welding in as little as 30 seconds. It autonomously executes tasks according to pre-set welding paths and parameters. By using manual drag-and-teach programming to define welding positions, the robot quickly records these locations and automatically plans the corresponding welding trajectories. This solution reduces welders’ physical workload, accelerates production speed, enhances work quality, and lowers labor costs and associated risks.

Key Features
- Autonomy
Equipped with an advanced automated control system, the robot features simple operation and can complete programming and arc welding in as little as 30 seconds. It autonomously executes tasks according to pre-set welding paths and parameters. By using manual drag-and-teach programming to define welding positions, the robot quickly records these locations and automatically plans the welding trajectory. This solution reduces welders’ physical workload, accelerates production speed, enhances work quality, and lowers labor costs and risks. - Functional
The welding functions include straight-line welding, arc welding, interrupted welding, multi-layer and multi-pass welding, and external axis synchronization. The welding software features an intuitive user interface that provides visual displays of welding parameters, workpiece information, and operation options; it also includes a process library of welding parameters that can be flexibly configured and retrieved. Operators can intuitively and easily monitor and control the robot’s movements and the welding process through the software interface. - Portability
The product is compactly designed and can be manually moved. The robot features a miniaturized, lightweight design, allowing a single operator to easily carry robots with a payload of 5 kg or less. The mobile cart highly integrates the welding machine and the robot, enabling the entire system to be moved or securely fixed in place, thus facilitating access to various workstations. - Strong scene adaptability
It can be used across a wide range of industries, including automotive manufacturing, aerospace, structural steel construction, shipbuilding, bridge engineering, and construction machinery manufacturing. Not only is it suitable for welding high-volume production runs, but it also enables rapid adaptation to the welding of diverse, low-volume structural components.

Control software
No programming required for teach-in; the software works in conjunction with the teach-in button to simplify the process to the greatest extent.

All teaching operations can be performed via three buttons, thanks to the intelligent software design.
- Button 1 (Enable):
Zero Short press to toggle between drag and auto
Zero Double-click to switch between spot laser and manual teach-in. - Button 2 (Arc Initiation):
Zero Short press to record the starting point
Zero Short press to record the midpoint (automatically determines the point type).
Zero Long-press to start welding - Button 3 (Arc Termination):
Zero Short press to record the endpoint
Zero Short press to return to the recording point (automatic point type detection)
Zero Long-press to clear the teach path.
A logically clear UI interface

A comprehensive welding process library with rapid configuration capabilities.
The welding process is comprehensive, featuring seven types of weld oscillation, adjustable oscillation dwell times, configurable intermittent welding parameters, multi-layer and multi-pass support with individual offset settings for each pass, and the ability to independently configure process parameters for each pass.
A process library can be preconfigured to enable users to quickly import processes.
Multi-layer, multi-pass welding function
Powerful multi-layer, multi-pass programming capabilities, with two multi-layer, multi-pass teach-in modes, supporting complex multi-layer, multi-pass trajectories that seamlessly connect straight lines and circular arcs. The system also supports comprehensive, all-around parameter adjustment for each layer and pass, allowing independent configuration of offset, angle, and process parameters for every individual pass.

Professional Welding Process Control
Including real-time adjustment of current and voltage, as well as pausing and resuming the welding process.
