- 3D smart cameras and proprietary algorithms enable the extraction of product‑specific point cloud data and weld bead analysis, eliminating the need for robot teach‑in programming and allowing intelligent welding path planning, thereby significantly improving welding programming efficiency.
- Intelligent welding software can automatically adjust the robot’s pose, enabling real-time adaptation of the welding posture to follow the weld seam trajectory and ensuring that the weld meets process specifications.
